Pasona Group has been selected as a constituent of the following ESG indexes.
FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index
- An index created by global index provider FTSE Russell; the index is designed to be sector-neutral, reflecting the relative performance of Japanese companies with superior ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance in each sector.
S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index
- An environmental equity index jointly developed by the Japan Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indexes; the GPIF (Government Pension Investment Fund) began using this index in 2018, and it determines the weighting of its constituent stocks by focusing on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per net sales).
Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index
- An index in which Morningstar utilizes Equileap's Gender Equality Score to focus on companies whose gender diversity policies are embedded in their corporate culture and who are committed to equal opportunities for their employees regardless of gender; this is one of the ESG investment indexes used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

Recognized as one of the "2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations"
- Pasona Group Inc. has been recognized by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) as one of their "2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations" as a company that considers the health management of employees from a managerial perspective and implements particularly outstanding health management.

- Pasona Group Inc., Pasona Inc., and Benefit One Inc. have been recognized as "White 500" organizations in the category of "Excellent Health Management 2023 (large enterprise category)," while Pasona Panasonic Business Service Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a "Bright 500" organization in the category of "Excellent Health Management 2023 (SME category)," and Pasona HS Inc. was recognized as one of the "2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations."

Recognized as "Eruboshi"
- Pasona Group Inc., Pasona Inc., Bewith, Inc., and Pasona HS Inc. have been awarded three stars, while Pasona Foster Inc. has been awarded two stars as a company that meets certain standards and that has excellent conditions for the promotion of women's activities in accordance with Japan's Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life.
