February 1976 Temporary Center Inc. established in Kita-ku, Osaka-shi to undertake temporary staffing as its main business.
November 1976 Tokyo Office set up in Hatchobori, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
July 1977 Osaka Headquarters moved to Itoman Bldg., Honcho, Higashi-ku, Osaka-shi, to cope with the expansion in operations.

June 2000 Pasona Sunrise Inc. obtained operational rights from former Pasona Inc.,(currently Nambu Enterprise, Inc.) changed corporate name to Pasona Inc.;
December 2001 Pasona Inc. is listed on the Nasdaq Japan stock market. (currently Nippon New Market - "Hercules")
September 2002 Osaka Toshiba Management Center Co., Ltd, becomes a subsidiary following the assumption of new shares, and the business name changed to Pasona Empower Inc.
October 2002 e-staffing Co., Ltd. becomes an equity method affiliate following a joint investment with Tempstaff Co., Ltd. and Recruit Staffing Co., Ltd., that gave Pasona an interest in the e-staffing Co., Ltd. subsidiary.
December 2002 Kansai Koyo Soushutsu Kiko (Kansai Employment Creation Organization Inc.) established through joint funding with major regional firms. The company will act as a sort of personnel “bridge bank,” linking small and medium-sized enterprises who lack personnel, and skilled middle-aged and older candidates with experience at major firms.
March 2003 Pasona Inc. established Pasona Logicom Inc, a company providing outsourcing services for distribution contracting, including distribution functions.
Pasona Inc. acquires the stock of Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd.'s temporary staffing subsidiary Con-Be, Inc.
Apri 2003 Pasona Heartful Inc.established, as a new venture aimed to further promoting employment opportunities for the physically and mentally handicapped.
June 2003 In a joint investment with Kawaijuku Educational Institution, Pasona Inc. established National Examination Center Inc. to offer outsourcing services concerning exams.

March 2006 Pasona Human Resources (Shanghai) Co., Ltd established to offer recruiting and permanent placement services toward Japanese companies in China.

April 2006 In a joint investment with EDION Corporation., Pasona e-Professional Inc. established to offer mainly temporary staffing services toward EDION group’s home appliance stores.
January 2007 Pasona career assets Inc. and Pasona Carent Inc. joined becoming the first company in Japan with offices across 47 prefectures providing placement/recruiting and outplacement services as Pasona Career Inc.
April 2007 CLUB PASONA OMOTESANDO, a facility to provide fringe benefit services to our registered staff, opened in Jingumae, Shibuya-ward, Tokyo.
September 2007 Opened Pasona Group Inc. headquarters at Shin-Marunouchi Bldg. in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
