Kominka Resort "Hiraizumi Club"
Pasona Tohoku Sousei operates a 150-year-old
renovated traditional Japanese house as a
resort facility in Hiraizumi, Iwate Prefecture, a
UNESCO World Heritage site. The project
aims to promote tourism and further revitalize
local industries in the Tohoku region.

“Japan’s Aged Sake Brewery” in Kakogawa City,
Hyogo Prefecture
In collaboration with 10 sake breweries across
Japan, we established the nation’s first joint
storage facility dedicated to vintage sake. This
project aims to expand the vintage sake
market by solving the business challenge faced
by small and medium sized breweries.

opened an accommodation facility, a bagel
shop, and a Japanese tea café. By delivering
the area’s appeal to domestic and international
tourists, we contribute to economic promotion
and regional revitalization, and also help create
local employment in Kotohira Town.
