TOKYO, May 29, 2014 ― J-Presence Academy run by CAPLAN Corporation and Pasona Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. will conduct a seminar, Omotenashi Training Trial Seminar, which will take place on Tuesday, June 3rd at Ho Chi Minh City and on Thursday, June 5th at Hanoi. The seminar will be held for mainly local staff working at Japanese companies to enhance Japanese style business hospitality and manners.
As Japanese companies bolster their overseas business, needs for training local staff is escalating. Many companies are working to enhance their customer service that embodies the Japanese spirit of selfless hospitality, or "Omotenashi."
J-Presence Academy, run by CAPLAN Corporation which has conducted training for over 6,000 companies, along with Pasona Tech, which provides HR services and BPO services in Vietnam will conduct the Omotenashi Training Trial Seminar for mainly managers of Japanese companies and their local staff.
The Omotenashi Training Trial Seminar will give the opportunity for participants to experience a part of the business manner training CAPLAN provides. The trial seminar will provide Japanese-style business manner training and cover various aspects of great customer service. There will also be a session on current trends of training.
