TOKYO, February 14, 2013 ― Pasona Group Inc. and Toyota Tsusho Thailand Co., Ltd established a joint venture, Pasona HR consulting & Recruitment(Thailand)Co., Ltd., in Thailand last December and will begin providing placement as well as education/training and HR consulting services to mainly Japanese companies from February.
As Japanese companies bolster its global business, Southeast Asia is a hot spot with its potential for high economic growth. Despite the flood that occurred in 2011, many Japanese companies are expanding into Thailand or strengthening its current business in the region and demand for personnel who can serve as a liaison with the headquarters in Japan or those who can start up business in the Thailand is growing.
The newly established Pasona HR consulting & Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will provide mainly Japanese companies with global personnel from around the world to meet the clients' hiring needs as well as draft HR strategies and provide HR consulting services.
Currently the Pasona group provides HR services in 11 areas, 35 branches including China, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India etc. Our clients are mainly Japanese companies and we provide placement services of global personnel regardless of nationality or country in which s/he lives. Pasona also offers expats management, BPO and global HR consulting services at each of our oversea branch.
By providing professional HR services and meeting our clients' demand to hire excellent personnel as well as implementing outsourcing services, Pasona will continue to support amplify Japanese companies' global business.
Toyota Tsusho conducts Techno-Park business in areas such as India, Thailand and Indonesia and provides support to Japanese companies penetrating the region or producing goods locally. Toyota Tsusho will introduce Pasona HR consulting & Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s HR consulting services to current clients as well as utilize the service on its own as demand for local personnel rises in the region.
