TOKYO, June 10, 2013 ― Pasona Group Inc. will hold a “HR Solution Seminar” on Wednesday, June 19th in Tokyo and on Friday, June 21st in Osaka regarding employment trends in the United States, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and India as well as a panel discussion with HR personnel of Japanese companies.
As Japanese companies expand their global business, hiring needs of global employees is becoming more and more diverse. According to the business or level of expansion in the foreign country, companies' hiring needs differ from whether to recruit foreign personnel within Japan or oversea, as well as hiring newly graduates as opposed to experienced personnel.
At the HR Solution Seminar, managers of Pasona's overseas companies will address current HR needs within each of the following countries: USA, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. Also, HR mangaers will share their companies' experiences through a panel discussion.
