TOKYO, August 27, 2013 - Team Pasona India Company Limited, a company providing Place & Search services for global personnel as well as Human Resource consulting services in India will hold a training seminar "Business Mind-Up Training" on Thursday, September 12th. The seminar targets mainly local employees working at Japanese companies in India and will provide them knowledge of Japanese business manners and communication skills to successfully work at Japanese companies.
The ratio of local employees working at Japanese companies' oversea offices is increasing. Thus, there is a growing demand for local employees to understand and acquire skills specific to Japanese business culture. This includes communication skills, telephone communication and other business skills.
