TOKYO, November 22, 2013 - Pasona Group Inc., a major Japanese HR company, will invest in Cool Japan Fund Inc., a public and private enterprise aimed to provide support to companies and activities expand overseas. Cool Japan Fund's goal is to globally promote Japan's "Cool Japan", or allure.
After launching its' first oversea office in Hong Kong in 1984, the Pasona group currently provides HR services in 11 areas, 37 branches including U.S.A., Canada, China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and India. We provide placement services of global personnel regardless of nationality to mainly Japanese companies. Pasona also offers education/training, expats management, BPO and global HR consulting services at each of our oversea branch.
Recently, demand for education/training is growing rapidly. Japanese companies are looking to improve their customer satisfaction by providing services that reflect the Japanese mind of hospitality also known as "Omotenashi" and Japanese culture.
