Community Activities

With each employee thinking like a social activist, Pasona Group is engaged in a wide variety of social contribution activities. In addition to the main theme of employment creation, the group's work includes support for people with disabilities, cultural and artistic activities, international exchange e orts, and management of volunteer funds. The aim is to provide opportunities for all kinds of people to demonstrate their own abilities and talents.

Local contribution activities

As activity leaders, the Social Contribution Committee comprises 30 employees selected each year from across Pasona's group-wide network, for human resource development. They adopt locally-based themes and actively carry out activities in their own communities in Japan and elsewhere.

Talent Knows No Handicap

Though individuals may have disabilities, talent knows no handicap! Based on this concept, Pasona has realized places where people with and without disabilities can work together.

Pasona a tempo

In addition to planning and producing top-level classical concerts and musicals in and outside Japan, this effort has created many new community connections through musical performances by Pasona employees, registered temporary staff, and clients.

Angel Tennis Cup

It all started when one employee said, “Why don't we plan a sports-related activity where people with and without disabilities can interact?” The idea turned into a tennis tournament, and the planning and operation was carried out mainly by younger employees.
