TOKYO, August 5th, 2019 - Pasona Inc. will support the Broadcast Training Programme (BTP), an initiative organized by Olympic Broadcasting Services. As part of this effort, Pasona has released a new webpage on its corporate website today (August 5th) about Olympic Broadcasting Services and its Broadcast Training Programme.
Pasona stands by those who believe in themselves and challenge themselves to achieve their dreams under the slogan “Pure, Passion, Power”.
Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS), the host broadcaster of the Olympic Games, was founded in 2001 by the International Olympic Committee. From the management of the International Broadcast Centre to the production and broadcasting of each competition to broadcasters around the globe, OBS is responsible for the entire broadcasting operation at the Olympic Games.
Pasona has decided recently to support Olympic Broadcasting Services in their professional training programme, the “Broadcast Training Programme.” The programme provides workshops and training on careers in broadcasting and media to university students, thus contributing to the education and career development of youth in the Olympic’s host country. In addition to promoting the programme through a new webpage, released today August 5th, Pasona is also providing assistance in the overall management of the programme.
Furthermore, starting from Autumn 2019, Pasona will be posting information from the same webpage concerning jobs at Olympic Broadcasting Services during the Tokyo 2020 Games.
Through the backing of this programme, Pasona hopes to facilitate the career and professional skill development of Japan’s youth, and contribute to the success and lasting legacy of the Tokyo 2020 Games.
