TOKYO, January 22, 2018- PT Dutagriya Sarana (hereafter “DGS”) announced today that the Company will start operations at Semarang Branch, the fifth office in Indonesia, from Tuesday, January 30th.
Semarang is the administrative capital of Central Java, a province of Indonesia. One of the five largest cities in Indonesia, Semarang is well populated and has numerous industrial parks that multi-national companies operate in. Recently, it has become difficult to hire qualified personnel especially in the capital, Jakarta, as well as in Surabaya due to the hikes in minimum wage. Therefore, many companies are expanding to Semarang to bolster their business.
DGS will open the Semarang Branch to provide HR services to companies operating in the region. It is the Company’s fifth office; other offices are Jakarta (headquarters), Surabaya, Bandung and Medan. Hiring demand is rising in Central Java as more and more companies expand in the region. In the future, sales and marketing as well as promotion personnel are jobs that will increase in demand.
DGS will aim to enhance customer satisfaction in Central Java by working closely with the community through it Semarang Branch.
