TOKYO, October 28, 2016- CAPLAN (Thailand) Co., Ltd. offers training services across Thailand and other ASEAN countries, and will be holding an “Omotenashi Training Seminar” in Bangkok on Wednesday, November 9th, in order to teach the spirit of “omotenashi” to local Thai employees and HR representatives of Japanese companies expanding into Thailand.
Omotenashi refers to the traditional Japanese service philosophy of selfless hospitality and utmost respect.
