TOKYO, June 12, 2014 - J-Presence Academy run by CAPLAN Corporation and PT Pasona HR Indonesia will conduct a seminar, Omotenashi Training Trial Seminar, which will take place on Monday, June 16th at Jakarta. The seminar will be held for mainly local staff working at Japanese companies to enhance Japanese style business hospitality and manners.
In line with Japanese companies expanding their business overseas is the growing demand to enhance customer satisfaction at each branch. Training needs of local employees to gain business manners and customer service that embodies the Japanese spirit of selfless hospitality, or "Omotenashi" is rising.
J-Presence Academy, run by CAPLAN Corporation which has conducted training for over 6,000 companies, along with PT Pasona HR Indonesia, which provides HR services such as place and search services in Indonesia will conduct the Omotenashi Training Trial Seminar for mainly managers of Japanese companies and their local staff.
In the future, we plan on conducting these seminars in China, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries to provide continued support regarding training of global personnel at Japanese companies.
