Enhancing employee satisfaction by visualizing organizational and HR issues
Pasona Taiwan to commence "Employee Opinion Survey"

TOKYO, June 25, 2014- Pasona Taiwan Co., Ltd., which performs HR services of global talent in Taiwan, will launch the "Employee Opinion Survey" from July 1st. The service targets mainly Japanese enterprises in Taiwan and its goal is to provide consulting based on results conducted through a survey on the employees.

Among the Japanese corporations advancing into Taiwan, the number of companies which want to "reevaluate the current HR system" "promote localization of the company" etc. in order to increase the motivation and comfort of the local employees and work towards a system which combines each individual's career ideas, has been increasing over the years.

Therefore, in parallel with these companies' characteristics and needs, Pasona Taiwan designed a survey of about 100 questions and will offer a consulting service for HR departments based on the results. By carrying out this survey, issues of the current organization and HR systems would be visualized and in turn help to improve the company's hiring, training and value system. Results of the survey can also be used to enhance communication between overseas affiliates and Japan headquarters. The Japan headquarters would have a better understanding of the overseas offices which would lead to better HR strategies.

In the future, Pasona Taiwan plans on providing the service to Taiwanese companies which are expanding abroad and support will be given to these companies' global personnel strategy.

Since 1988, Pasona Taiwan has been using the know-how gained from their employment services offered in Taiwan and have been supporting companies so that employees are able to work happily while promoting the global personnel strategies of Japanese companies.

Contents The survey was designed targeting Japanese companies expanding into Taiwan. Consulting service is provided to enhance employee satisfaction by conducting a survey customized for each company. Utilizing the results of the survey, Pasona Taiwan will propose HR strategies that overcome the issues visualized through the survey as well as considering local HR laws and trends.
Process
1. In parallel with the companies' characteristics and needs, a survey of about 100 questions is designed.
2. Company employees fill out the survey online or on paper.
3. The survey is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese (simplified and traditional characters)
4. The companies' organization and human resource issues are visualized.
5. Proposal of HR strategies and implementation (hiring, training, evaluation system etc.)
