TOKYO, August 11, 2014- Caplan Co.'s J-Presence Academy and Pasona Shanghai, will hold a "Trial Omotenashi Training Seminar" Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in Shanghai and again Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Guangzhou, targeting mainly the Chinese employees of Japanese companies expanding into China. The Seminars will be held to provide participants with personal experience and in-depth knowledge about Japanese Omotenashi (hospitality). Demand for training local employees to enhance customer service and business manner at Japanese companies expanding abroad is rising. Therefore, Pasona Shanghai, which performs place and search and HR consulting services for global talent in China, in cooperation with Caplan Co. who's training has proven successful for over 6,000 companies in Japan, will hold the "Trial Omotenashi Training Seminar" targeting Chinese employees and those in positions of responsibility in Japanese companies.
