TOKYO, August 11, 2014- Caplan Co.'s J-Presence Academy and Pasona Shanghai, will hold a "Trial Omotenashi Training Seminar" Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in Shanghai and again Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Guangzhou, targeting mainly the Chinese employees of Japanese companies expanding into China. The Seminars will be held to provide participants with personal experience and in-depth knowledge about Japanese Omotenashi (hospitality).
Demand for training local employees to enhance customer service and business manner at Japanese companies expanding abroad is rising.
