TOKYO, August 27, 2014 - Pasona Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd., NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM and Hanoi University of Industry have concluded an agreement of cooperation involving HR services and will commence the "Advanced Technology Engineer Training Program" on Wednesday, September 3rd which will serve to train engineers to specialize in automobile manufacturing, 3DCAD etc.
As the automobile industry expands their manufacturing base overseas, it has become urgent to maintain superior local engineers that possess a high level of technological skill. Because of the abundance of educational training and the high level technological skill available at Japanese companies, they are very popular among Vietnam engineers and university students. As such, there is no shortage of students hoping for a career in these Japanese businesses.
Therefore, Pasona Tech Vietnam and NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM will offer students at Hanoi University of Industry the opportunity to acquire expert knowledge on technology trends. This "Advanced Technology Engineer Training Program" will aim to foster automobile design and development specialists.
From those who complete the program, Pasona Tech Vietnam and NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM will select candidates with outstanding talent to bring them on as company employees. Pasona Tech Vietnam will also offer its temporary staffing/contracting service to NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM. Additionally, Pasona will give career support for those engineers who hope to come to Japan.
Pasona Tech Vietnam will manage and evaluate the entire program using know-how gained through past experience with its "Temporary Staffing Service to Japan," which has brought up to 400 engineers from abroad to Japan, in a program which includes Japanese language and business manner training on top of on-the-job training (OJT). Also, NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM will offer an engineering course and OJT through an internship at the company.
Through the "Advanced Technology Engineering Training Program," Pasona Tech Vietnam and NISSAN TECHNO VIETNAM will aim to train 50 engineers in the first year.
