TOKYO, October 30, 2014- Pasona and CAPLAN will conduct a seminar on how to foster the next generation of global personnel called Individuals Responsible for Globalizing Oneself on Tuesday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 18th in Tokyo. The seminar will target mainly those in charge of training/education at companies.
The seminar will aim to relieve challenges companies face regarding global personnel such as "Attaining satisfying results after conducting training" "How to improve English as well as management skills after employees move abroad."
The seminar will be conducted by professionals in the area who actually conduct training both in Japan and overseas. The seminar will serve as an opportunity to introduce trends in global personnel training and case studies.
